Welcome to the PowHer Fitness tribe! It has been on my heart to build up a positive and encouraging community where busy women have the PowHer to make their health and fitness goals a priority, where you can set goals, challenge yourself, become the best version of yourself, support one another and celebrate each other's accomplishments.
I am a wife, mom of three kids, a full-time CPA/consultant, NASM-CPT and health and fitness enthusiast. To say that life is crazy is an understatement. Juggling a career, my husband’s work schedule, the kids school and social schedules while trying to workout 4-5 times a week and eat healthy meals can make your head spin some days. If I am honest, I have to admit that working out and my health and wellness was not a priority for me until about 5 years ago. Prior to that, everyone else's needs and "stuff" was prioritized above my own desires. But you know the saying, “If mommas not happy, nobodies happy”? It is true and I wanted to be able to live my best life and give my best to my family, my friends and my career.
Through my journey, I began to understand the importance of proper nutrition and I developed a passion for fitness through trying different at home workouts, classes at the gym and training for the Tri-Fitness World Challenge. I was able to get into great shape, have a ton of energy and improve my emotional well-being and mindset. Friends and family were noticing the changes I was making and wanted my help. I seized the opportunity and decided to start helping others with their health and wellness goals.
There is PowHer in numbers and being a part of a tribe is a key part of your success. It is important for women to have a space to get support, encouragement, direction and coaching in a positive and non-judgmental way. My passion is helping busy women learn how to stay fit with a busy schedule and make their health and wellness goals a priority.
I am excited to help you reach your health and fitness goals! This is a 10 week training program designed for you to workout 5 days a week and rest or do yoga the other days. These workouts have cardio built into them however there are optional cardio and add on workouts that can be used depending on time and your goals. Reach out to your PowHer Fitness coach to maximize your results and join to the tribe in the private Facebook group to ask questions and connect with other women who are also doing this program.
